Introducing Reform Pilates: improve strength, power and flexibility with state-of-the-art reformer beds. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates veteran or looking for something new to try, Reform Pilates offers something for everyone. It's a great workout to complement other styles of training for all ages, including aiding your recovery from injury. Exclusive to Platinum Plus memberships.

Our upgrades include an expanded range of strength equipment and a redesigned floor layout, both created to give you more versatility and support as you progress in your training. Our new strength equipment offers a wide variety of options to enhance your workout and target muscle groups effectively, no matter what training day it is! We've also refreshed our layout to open up more functional space and provide flexible training zones when you need it.

We’ve also added new cardio equipment featuring the latest performance and endurance technology to enhance your workout experience. In addition, our Fitness Classes have been updated to offer even more variety and energy, providing you with increased dynamic options to stay motivated and reach your goals.
