TGI Fridays was the creator of the Happy Hour.
Alan Stillman opened the first TGI Fridays in New York back in 1965 on the corner of 63rd and First. It quickly became a popular spot for people to enjoy tasty food, good times and a cold drink. It was a place where every day of the week felt like Friday.
Select cocktails are available during Happy Hour for $11.90. Select schooners of beer, house wines and house spirits are available during Happy Hour for $6.90. Bites menu is only available during Happy Hour. Happy Hour varies state by state. Late Night Happy Hour is available at select restaurants at select times.
