Valentine’s Day Pizza Heart

Love is in the air and on the menu! This Valentine’s Day, add a little extra love to the table with our Valentine’s Pizza Heart topped with Nutella, strawberries, and raspberries for a sweet, fruity treat.

Serves 1–2 

Ingredients:

• Store bought pizza dough
• 2 tbsp Nutella
• Strawberries, sliced into heart shapes
• Raspberries
• Optional: icing sugar or regular sugar, maple syrup

Method:

1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the packet instructions and allow it to rest as directed.
2. Once ready, lightly flour your surface and shape the dough into a heart. Imperfect hearts are still hearts.
3. Place into the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry at 220°C for 8 minutes, or if your air fryer only goes to 200°C, cook for 10 minutes, checking towards the end as all air fryers cook a little differently. Remove once puffed, golden, and cooked through.
5. Let rest for 1 minute, then spread Nutella evenly over the warm base.
6. Decorate with strawberry hearts and raspberries.
7. Finish with a light dusting of sugar or icing sugar, or drizzle with maple syrup.
8. Slice and enjoy!
