Who says DOPA can't do fancy? We're launching a new Chef Special menu with one returning because you guys love it so much!
Our Unagi Don has now been renamed to the Nagoya Unagi Teishoku and it's staying on the menu because it's too hard to resist! The same delicate grilled freshwater eel, 63° soft egg, roasted seaweed, sesame, shallots, sweet & sticky teriyaki, dashi stock, steamed koshihikari rice. A culinary delicacy.
New to the table is our Signature Wagyu & Foie Gras Teishoku featuring Australian Wagyu 9+, braised onion, foie gras, pickled ginger, miso soup, togarashi chilli powder, steamed koshihikari rice. You won't resist the tender wagyu beef and rich foie gras. Perfectly perfect.
