Prawn Wonton Cups
Fresh, golden and made for sharing, these little cups bring a burst of sunshine to your festive spread. Joyful, shareable bite that adds just the right touch of sparkle to your holiday table.
Ingredients:
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Olive oil spray
- 2 cos lettuce leaves, finely chopped
- ½ cucumber, finely diced
- ½ avocado, diced
- 12 fresh prawns, peeled
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Cocktail Sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Tabasco (optional)
- Salt + pepper
Method:
- Heat oven to 180°C (fan). Lightly spray a muffin tray.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each hole to form a cup. Spray again and bake 8–10 mins until crisp and golden. Cool.
- Stir together cocktail sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Fill each cup with chopped cos, cucumber and avocado.
- Add a peeled prawn on top.
- Spoon over cocktail sauce, then finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
