STOCKTAKE REQUEST FORM

Please complete the form below to submit your request for store closure for stocktake purposes.

Kindly note this notice must be provided to Centre Management at least one (1) month prior to the proposed closure for stocktake. The Retailer must display signage on the shopfront notifying customers that the store is closed for stocktake and the re-opening date and time. The signs must be of professional presentation. The store closure must not exceed four (4) hours.
