TICKETLESS PARKING

Physical tickets will no longer be issued when you enter the car park. Simply enter the car park and the boom gate will open. Your number plate will be recognised at exit.

Parking will continue to remain free up to 3 hours, with rates applied after the free period. If parking under 3 hours, proceed to the exit and the boom gate will lift automatically.

Parking over 3 hours will incur a fee. There are three easy ways to pay if you have parked at the centre for over 3 hours:

1. At any pay station by typing in your number plate details
2. At the boom gate using a credit or debit card
3. Registering via the centre website, where you will have the ability to choose payas-you-go or have it automatically deducted from your nominated credit or debit card

Customers can park for free at Macquarie Centre if they:
- Park for 3 hours or less
- Enter the Centre after 7pm (and exit before 6am)
- Have an authorised disabled parking permit and register with Concierge.

There will be a rate change effective 6 March 2024.

1. Register via the portal https://parking.macquariecentre.com.au/public/home.htm
2. Select ‘Sign Up’
3. Add your personal details to the fields (note: all fields are mandatory)
4. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions
5. Select ‘Next Step’
6. Add your vehicle details and select ‘Next Step’
7. Update payment details by adding your credit or debit card
8. Review your details to make sure they are correct and select ‘Complete Registration.’
You will receive a confirmation email shortly with your login details including how to validate your registration. Please log into your ticketless parking account to set your password. Note – online registrations may have a delay of 30 minutes before they are active

Register for Ticketless Parking to avoid pay stations, shop longer and get home faster. Simply drive out and if there are any parking fees due, we will automatically charge your credit or debit card.

You can check what time you entered the car park by typing in your number plate into any pay station.

It is important to remember your number plate, as it will become your ticket.

If you exit the centre and want to return on the same day, there must be 1 hour between exit and re-entry to receive another 3 hours free parking. If you enter within this period, additional parking charges apply (for the duration of the total time parked in the car park, from the time of the first recorded entry).

Disability permit parking holders are eligible for free all-day parking.

Seniors card holders can receive up to 4 hours free.

To register, please visit Concierge on Level 3, adjacent to H&M with your disability permit or senior’s card.

Yes, simply scan the barcode on your cinema ticket at the Rooftop exit gates to receive an additional hour free parking. Please note, your cinema ticket is only valid on the day of purchase for an additional hour.
