Plan My Visit FAQs

We’ve calculated the best times to visit each shopping precinct using predictive analytics. Simply select your chosen shopping area and choose a time highlighted in green for times that are typically the least busy.

No problem. Here are our top tips for getting in and out of the centre as easily and quickly as possible:

1. Choose the most convenient car park
Park your car in the car park closest to your chosen store. View our full parking information and a list of the closest car parks to your favourite stores.

2. Consider Valet Parking
Valet parking isn’t just for special occasions – use our premium valet parking service to make your parking experience seamless and easy.

3. Plan your shopping journey
Plan ahead by viewing our Centre Map or Google Street View map.

4. Save time with Click & Collect
Shop ahead of time by using the Click and Collect services of Macquarie Centre’s retailers.

5. Grab takeaway or home delivery food
Most of our retailers offer takeaway or home delivery food. Discover the range of food options available.
The health and safety of our customers and retailers has always been our top priority. We have made our centre safer by introducing measure such as:

✔️ Hand sanitiser stations available across every level (and even more on the way!)
✔️ Cleaning rotations every 20 minutes in busy areas such as bathrooms and food areas
✔️ Daily hospital grade cleaning
✔️ Increased guards to monitor physical distancing
✔️ QR codes at every entry for Services NSW Covid check-in
Macquarie Centre has allocated a number of dedicated car parks for Parents with Prams. You can find them on these levels of the car park:
  • Express Level 0
  • Level 1 (near the Kmart entry)
  • Level 2, in both the Red Car Park and Silver Car Park
