CONTACTLESS PARKING

We are working hard to ensure Macquarie Centre remains a safe and welcoming experience for our customers. This includes making sure we have enough parking spaces for our community and every visitor is provided with an equal opportunity to shop for their needs.

We have resumed standard parking rates, with the addition of 'wave' technology to allow for automated ticket dispensing upon entry and cashless payment upon exit.

Macquarie Centre will provide an extra hour of parking for Seniors and all-day free parking for Disabled visitors. For more information on this, please refer to the FAQ section on our Parking page or contact one of our friendly team members at Concierge to arrange this for you.

In addition to this, all-day free parking can also be redeemed upon a spend of $400 or more. Simply present your same-day shopping receipt(s) to Concierge during opening hours to validate. Excludes supermarkets. Terms and Conditions Apply.

What does "Contactless Parking" mean?

To retrieve your parking ticket, you will need to "wave" your hand at the ticket dispenser to activate the sensor and wait for the ticket to be dispensed.

When paying for parking, simply tap your card at any of our cashless auto-pay machines or directly at the exit gate.

Our new 'wave' technology will help ensure your parking experience remains hands-free throughout your journey in and out of our centre.

KEEPING OUR CENTRE SAFE:

We are committed to making our centre a safe and clean place to visit and have introduced a number of additional cleaning measures - including a nightly deep clean of all furniture and bathrooms, installation of extra hand sanitiser stations throughout the centre, including the food courts and at all entries. We have also installed physical distancing signage throughout all entries, food courts, seating areas, lifts and escalators, reminding all our valued customers to keep a safe distance while they shop with us.

We have also installed physical distancing signage throughout all entries, food courts, seating areas, lifts and escalators, reminding all our valued customers to keep a safe distance while they shop with us.

Let’s all get through this together by keeping 1.5 metres apart at all times and practising good personal hygiene. We rely on all our customers to act with care whilst visiting the centre, to ensure it remains a safe and clean place to visit for all.
