What will happen if customers forget to pay before leaving the centre?
Customers must validate their ticket at the pay stations before exiting the car park. Customers will be able to pay at the exit barriers with a credit card if they forget to pay at the pay stations. There will is also be a call button at the exit barriers for assistance.
What payment options will customers be able to use?
Car park machines will accept selected Australian coins and notes, credit cards and Union Pay as payment.
EFTPOS payment options will not be available.

What if customers have problems understanding how to use the new systems?
There will be additional signage in the car parks to provide guidance for customers.
I have a disabled parking permit, will rates apply?
Customers with an authorised disabled parking permit are eligible to park FREE all day. See our friendly Concierge Team for further details.
