Macquarie Centre has car wash services provided by Star Car Wash. This is a paid service run by a third party located on the on the Roof Top of the Main Car Park and also on Blue Level of the Main Car Park (entry of Talavera Road). Visit the Star Car Wash page here.

Our friendly Concierge staff are on hand to assist with any question you may have. Our Concierge Desk is located on Level 3 Fashion – adjacent to H&M. Concierge is open during general centre opening hours and can also be contacted on 02 9887 0820.

Macquarie Centre offers a free Justice of the Peace service on Wednesday 09:30am – 12:30pm* (excluding public holidays). The NSWJA Justice of the Peace service is located on Level 4, near Harry Hartog Bookseller. Customers are served on a first-in basis.

Macquarie Centre has dedicated staff parking areas to ensure the most convenient spaces are available to our customers. Staff new to Macquarie Centre must register their vehicle to access the designated staff parking areas. For more information, please contact Reception on (02) 9887 0800.

Macquarie Centre offers a premium Valet parking service 7 days a week. Simply enter off Talavera Road, hand your keys to our Valet Parking Attendant, and pick up your car after you've finished shopping. View our Parking page for more information.

Macquarie Centre has dedicated children’s soft play area on Level 1, outside Target. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the play area is currently closed.
Macquarie Centre is open 7 days a week excluding Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Christmas Day (note, some retailers including the Cinemas and selected dining precincts open these days). Visit our Trading Hours page for more information.

During COVID-19 trading, we are offering free parking until further notice.

Under normal circumstances, Macquarie Centre offers 3-hours free parking in the Main Car Park. We also have an Express Car Park located off Waterloo Road,  where 1-hour free is available Monday to Friday, with 2-hours free on weekends. Standard parking rates apply after the free-parking period has expired.

Entry to the car park is free after 7pm.

Yes. Simply present your Disabled Parking Permit to the Concierge Desk to receive a validated free parking pass. Our Concierge Desk is located on Level 3 Fashion – adjacent to H&M. Concierge can also be contacted on 02 9887 0820. View our Parking page for more information.
Coles is open 6am - 11pm everyday.
Aldi is open 8.30am - 8pm Monday - Wednesday & Friday, 8.30am - 9.00pm on Thursday and 8.30am - 7pm Saturday - Sunday.
Woolworths is open 7am to 10pm Monday - Wednesday, Friday - Sunday, and 7am - 11pm on Thursday.

Macquarie Centre has car charger stations and Eight Supercharging posts for Tesla vehicles. Both are  located near our Valet Parking area located on the Blue Level Carpark  (entry off Talavera Road). View our Parking page for more information.

Buses leave Sydney CBD from outside the Queen Victoria Building on York Street. Bus numbers include 288, 290, 292 and 294 and will show Marsfield or Epping station on the front. Buses will also come from Epping and Eastwood train stations. View our Getting Here page for more information.

Pets are not permitted inside Macquarie Centre other than Guide, Hearing or Assistance dogs (including certified companion pets).
Macquarie Centre has 4 dedicated Parent’s Rooms. They are located:
Next to Price Attack on Level 1;
Next to Prestige Alterations on Level 2;
in the Food Court on Level 2;
Next to Adairs and Habitania on Level 3.

Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) means reading the license plate of each car as it enters the car park and logging its time of entry.

This means that cars will no longer be able to exit and then re-enter the car park to claim an additional 3-hours free parking period – and normal parking rates will apply. View our Parking page for more information.
The parking system operates on a licence plate recognition system where a camera on entry and exit of the car park captures the licence plate of each vehicle as it enters and leaves the car park to log the time inside the car park.

If your visit is within 3 hours: Simply proceed straight to the exit, insert your parking ticket and exit the car park. 

If your visit is over 3 hours: You then pay any additional parking charges at any Pay Station or on exit. View our Parking page for more information.

The availability of free parking at the Macquarie Centre is limited to 3-hours only (excluding Express Car Park).

The best parking for David Jones is located on the Orange Level Car Park and the Black Level Car Park (Rooftop), which is accessible via Talavera Road and the Herring Road Overpass. View our Parking page for more information.
The best parking for Event Cinemas and/or Strike Bowling Bar is located on the Black Level Car Park (Rooftop) which can be accessed via either Talavera Road, Herring Road Overpass or the Express Ramp from Waterloo Road. Alternatively parking is available on the Red Level Car Park from Herring Road.

Macquarie Centre offers a range of free shopper mobility including wheelchairs, electric scooters and strollers. Equipment is subject to availability and can be pre-booked by contacting Concierge on 02 9887 0820.
The best parking for the Fresh Food Market is located on the Green Level Car Park or the Black Level Car Park (Rooftop) which can be accessed via the Express Ramp on Waterloo Road or via the Herring Road Overpass.
The best parking for Myer is located on the Pink Level Car Park and the Orange Level Car park accessible via Talavera Road or Red and the Silver Level Car Park which can be accessed via Herring Road. View our Parking page for more information.
Australia Post is located on Level 0 – the very bottom level of the Macquarie Centre. Additionally, Australia Post mailboxes (Express and Regular) are also available in the Express Car Park. Visit the Australia Post page for more information.

The best parking for Fashion on 2 Galleria is located on the Pink Level Car Park which can be accessed via Talavera Road. The Licence plate information you provide to Macquarie Centre enables us to manage the operations of the Centre including the car park area. By entering the car park you consent to Macquarie Centre collecting and using this information.
