Formation of new habits is a gradual process:
It’s important to be patient and kind to yourself and accept that lapses are temporary and part of the journey to improved health. As long as you keep trying, you will never fail. Even the smallest positive change, something not too drastic, will become a habit if you can keep it up for a few weeks. Your brain will gradually adjust to the new behaviour and accept it.

After initial diagnosis based on your medical history, range of movement and strength testing is completed, treatment in the form of massage and gentle adjustment is used to correct physical misalignments. Changes to your posture and work station may be recommended as well. When these become habits, they can have a lasting effect and support your treatment.
