Dads in Education - Father of the Year Awards

In alignment with Father’s Day, Macquarie Centre is showing its support for a new community awards program - Dads in Education Father of the Year Awards.

Local primary school children have created letters and drawings to honour their dads which also serve as the nomination entries in the Father of the Year Awards.

These entries will be displayed in Centre Court until Father’s Day on Sunday 7 September. On September 5, the program will culminate with an awards breakfast hosted by Macquarie Centre announcing the Sydney Father of the Year and Sydney’s Most Inspirational Dad.

Get Fit, Get Walking!


Macquarie Centre Mall Walking is a FREE and unique activity held at Macquarie Centre every Wednesday from 7.00am until about 8.30am. Mall Walking has been established for both fun and fitness and caters for all ages and fitness levels, in a unique all weather facility! It’s a great way to meet new people, too!
